1) My bracelet doesn't fit, can it be adjusted?
-Yes! Bracelets can be adjusted by filling our our readjustment
2) Do you offer custom bracelets?
-At this time we only offer custom memory bracelets.
3) Do you have custom beaded watch bands?
-At this time we only offer engraved watch bands.
4) What is your shipping time?

6) Do you ship international?
-Yes, we do offer international shipping. Rates are automatically
calculated at checkout.
7) I just placed an order, will I get a confirmation from you?
-Yes! You will receive a confirmation shortly after your order was placed. It will keep you posted with shipping and tracking information as well!
8) How do I change and or cancel my order after it's been placed?
-As long as you email us as quickly as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org, we can get everything taken care of for you! If you placed an order for a custom item, you will only have up to 48 hours to cancel your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your order has already made it through fulfillment, and you have received a shipping notification, we will not be able to cancel your order.
9) What forms of payment do you take?
-We currently take all major credit cards, in addition to Sezzle, PayPal and Amazon Pay.
